Right of revocation
Costumers have the right to cancel at the conclusion of the contract within six weeks to withdraw. The revocation has no justification and is 1aSolar in writing (eg letter, e-mail or fax) to the company, or by returning the goods, to meet the deadline to send the withdrawal or the merchandise. The period begins one day after receiving the goods and notice of the cancellation instructions in writing.

Please contact us shortly before returning the goods. The contact is not a prerequisite for an effective revocation.
Consequences:
In the event of a cancellation the mutually received benefits are to be returned and issue any benefits. Can the benefits received in whole or in part or in poor condition, the buyer must pay compensation for the value. With the release of things this does not apply if the impairment is solely on their examination - as it would in a retail store - or is due. Moreover, the liability for compensation to be avoided if the goods as the property is brought into use and omitting everything, which impairs their value. Transportable items are to be returned.
The customer has to bear the costs of returning the goods if the delivered goods ordered and if the price of the item to be returned from 40 € exceed or if the buyer at a higher price the thing is not at the time of the cancellation, compensation or a contractually agreed partial payment provided you. Otherwise the return shipment is free of charge.
Non-transportable goods are picked up by the customer.
Obligations to reimburse payments must be made by the customer within 30 days after the notice of cancellation.
The right does not apply to goods that are in § 312 BGB d para 4 named. These include:
* Delivery of goods to be produced to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs of the customer or which are not due to their condition suitable for its return or spoil quickly or whose expiration date has passed;
* Delivery of audio and video recordings or software if the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by the consumer.
* Delivery of newspapers and magazines.
